1. Confidentiality. All ocean freight rates, carrier contracts, and pricing data displayed on this portal constitute confidential and proprietary trade information of Savino Del Bene USA, Inc. and its affiliates. This information is protected under the Defend Trade Secrets Act (18 U.S.C. § 1836), the Uniform Trade Secrets Act as adopted by the applicable state, and any other applicable federal or state trade secret protections.

2. Non-Disclosure. You shall not disclose, share, forward, copy, screenshot, or otherwise distribute your login credentials or any rate information accessed through this portal to any third party, including but not limited to competitors, carriers, freight forwarders, brokers, or any individual not expressly authorized by the Trucking Procurement Division. Violation may result in legal action under 18 U.S.C. § 1836(b) and applicable state laws.

3. Non-Competition & Non-Solicitation. The rates provided herein are exclusively for Savino Del Bene internal commercial and operational use. Any use of this data to solicit competing offers, benchmark against unauthorized parties, or otherwise gain competitive advantage outside the scope of your role is strictly prohibited and may constitute misappropriation of trade secrets under federal and state law.

4. Access Monitoring. All access to this portal is logged and monitored in accordance with the Electronic Communications Privacy Act (18 U.S.C. §§ 2510-2522) and internal IT security policies. Unauthorized access or misuse may result in immediate account termination, disciplinary action, and/or legal proceedings.

5. Personal Credentials. Your login credentials are assigned to you personally and must not be shared with any other individual, including colleagues, pursuant to company IT security policies and the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030).

RATE ACCURACY NOTICE. The rates displayed on this portal provide a realistic market indication based on current carrier contracts. However, final confirmed rates must be obtained from the Ocean Product team via official email communication. The Trucking Procurement Division assumes no liability for commercial decisions, customer quotations, or contractual commitments based solely on portal rates without written confirmation from the Ocean Product department.
