Confidentiality, privacy & use terms

1. Confidentiality. All ocean freight rates, carrier contracts and pricing data on this portal are confidential and proprietary trade information of Savino Del Bene USA, Inc. and its affiliates, protected under the Defend Trade Secrets Act (18 U.S.C. § 1836) and applicable state trade secret law.

2. Non-disclosure. You shall not disclose, share, forward, copy, screenshot or otherwise distribute your credentials or any rate information to any third party, including competitors, carriers, forwarders or brokers not expressly authorised by the Trucking Procurement Division.

3. Non-competition & non-solicitation. These rates are exclusively for Savino Del Bene internal commercial and operational use.

4. Access monitoring. All access is logged and monitored under the Electronic Communications Privacy Act (18 U.S.C. §§ 2510–2522) and internal IT security policy.

5. Personal credentials. Your credentials are assigned to you personally and must not be shared with anyone, including colleagues (18 U.S.C. § 1030).

Rate accuracy notice

The rates on this portal are a realistic market indication based on current carrier contracts. Final confirmed rates must be obtained from the Ocean Product team by official email. The Trucking Procurement Division assumes no liability for commercial decisions, customer quotations or contractual commitments based solely on portal rates without written confirmation from the Ocean Product department.
